Welcome to Orange Rabbit ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using OrangeRabbit.me, the ORB Portal, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Orange Rabbit is a community platform operated by Vegas Crypto Group, connecting members of the crypto, technology, AI, and culture communities in Las Vegas and beyond. The Platform includes the public website at OrangeRabbit.me, the ORB Portal (member hub), sponsor tools, vendor tools, event information, games, and related services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.
The Platform supports multiple user roles including Community Member, Sponsor / Partner, Speaker / Educator, Exhibitor / Vendor, Builder / Developer, Media / Creator, Ambassador / Volunteer, and VIP / Investor / Connector. Your access to certain features depends on your selected role(s). You may update your roles in your profile settings at any time.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
By submitting content to the Platform (including profile information, suggestions, applications, and other materials), you grant Orange Rabbit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.
You represent that you own or have the right to submit any content you provide, and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.
Any sponsorship, vendor, or commercial arrangement entered through the Platform is subject to a separate written agreement or invoice between you and Orange Rabbit / Vegas Crypto Group. These Terms do not constitute a binding commercial contract for services. Payment terms, deliverables, and specific obligations will be set forth in those separate agreements.
Information about events on the Platform is provided for informational purposes. Event details including dates, venues, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Attendance at events may require separate registration, ticket purchase, or agreement to additional terms.
The Platform may offer loyalty points (XP), badges, levels, and rewards ("Rewards"). Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or expire Rewards at any time without notice. Rewards may not be transferred, sold, or combined with other programs unless explicitly permitted.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (including but not limited to HubSpot, Stripe, Meetup, and social media platforms). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.
All content, branding, design, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Orange Rabbit / Vegas Crypto Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. The Orange Rabbit name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Vegas Crypto Group.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ORANGE RABBIT AND VEGAS CRYPTO GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orange Rabbit, Vegas Crypto Group, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content submissions, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreements for commercial services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Orange Rabbit regarding your use of the Platform.
